I really like the fundamentals of this. Talking about the blood, if you're going to make blood over a textured surface make sure you add a bit of detail or change the blend mode for the blood, like with clothing or bumpy stuff.

The UVs on some of them are kinda weird on the shoulder are. But apart from that, it's pretty good! God I wonder how these would look if they were animated in a really cartoony way

Yeah, he's intended for that, since he's a 3D commissioned model for SFM usage.
The perspective looks a bit off, although I don't know if that's an artistic choice. But the rendering and colors are super cool!
It was a bit of both. When I sketched this I had no idea what kind of style I was going to color it in. So the stuff behind the hill is supposed to be not in perspective, otherwise they'd be tilted way back. Tho the stuff in front of the hill I wish I'd have planned the perspective on them more carefully.
